1st Place - $2,500 - David Huggins, Mohave Valley Junior High School
David's project is to expand STEM Education through the Innovation Lab. He is actively expanding a new course focused on desert ecosystems. With his grant, he plans to create an immersive and interdisciplinary learning experience for his students.
2nd Place - $1,500 - Delia Rapp, River Valley High School
Delia teaches medical assisting and nursing classes at the high school. With her grant, she plans to acquire an EHR simulator program so students can practice with life-like scenarios.
