Enhancing the quality of life and health of those we serve
BHHS Legacy Foundation
Nonprofit Roundtables
The BHHS Legacy Foundation hosted Nonprofit Roundtables allow Mohave County nonprofit organizations to build capacity by learning about various topics of interest. BHHS Legacy Foundation offers these trainings at no cost! Our goal is to provide valuable tools, informative speakers, and a chance to connect with like-minded nonprofits to build a stronger Tri-state area.
May 2nd: Board Development
About the training: Getting the right folks “on the bus” is essential to create highly functioning boards. Ensuring board members are properly vetted, onboarded, and mentored is essential to building stronger, more engaged boards. Understanding their governing role is key to having a high-functioning board. This presentation will teach you the best recruitment, onboarding, and retention practices and what to do if a board member goes “rogue.”
