BHHS Legacy Foundation
Inspiring Educators
To strengthen the tri-state community, the BHHS Legacy Foundation is pleased to offer 38 local educators with an opportunity to receive a grant to support, enhance, or enrich their classrooms. The grant is open to educators who are currently employed as a teacher, school administrator, or other employee in an accredited K-12 public or accredited K-12 public charter school in the Bullhead, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley, Laughlin, Topock, and Needles areas.
Rules:
Must be a K-12 teacher.
Must teach in the geographic areas listed above.
One submission per educator.
Multiple educators from a school permitted to submit an application.
Must expend the grant by May 1, 2025.
Outcome report with photos required if funded.
Grant Amounts:
Top Educator selected will receive a grant of $2,500
Runner up will receive $1,500 and
36 support grants of $500.
**Educators selected to receive funding will be celebrated at an Inspiring awards breakfast scheduled for Saturday, February 1, 2025. Invitations will be sent to those selected to receive a grant.
